Hi everyone, firstly thanks for clicking the link to my just giving page...

In April 2013, my beautiful Fiancé lost her courageous 3 year battle with breast cancer leaving behind our 3 beautiful babies (currently aged 4, 7 and 9). 

Losing a family member can be traumatic and mentally scaring, but to loose a parent at such a young age could have had a very negative effect on the development of our babies. Without the help and support of Cancer Focus there is no doubt that we, as a family, would have struggled to cope with the emotional roller coaster that happens when such a tragic event happens. Not only do they provide support for children, but also to adults who mask themselves with the line "I will be ok"... 

Thankfully, coming out the other side and realising how important The Cancer Focus team is, makes me super grateful and only too willing to raise funds for this much needed service. Many other families benefit from this service BUT a lot don't realise the support is here for them!! 

On the 8th May 2014, I am stepping into the ring to fight in a charity boxing match at La Mon Hotel to raise funds and awareness for Cancer Focus. Please donate what ever you can regardless of how small it is as every bit counts. 

Please feel free to share my Just Giving page and more importantly, encourage other families who have been affected by cancer to contact Cancer Focus. Regardless of what stage they are at, Cancer Focus can offer SO much support. No one needs to deal with this alone.
