Carlie & I are taking part in the Adidas 5k Challenge on 7th September and are running as part of "Georgia's Army" 

Georgia is in Carlie's drama group and has Cystic Fibrosis.  She is a fantastic dancer and actress and always has a smile on her face but this is her life:

"My daily routine gets me down sometimes because it's soooo time consuming. I take 58 tablets, oral suspensions & powders daily. To help keep my chest clear and free from infection, I have physiotheraphy twice a day. I use a nebuliser 3 times a day. I also take steriods as part of my long-term treatment. This has lowered my immune system, so every four weeks I have a 16 hour infusion, and then every 12 weeks (if I last that long) I go back into hospital again for a two week course of intravenous antibiotics. It's not fun and games, you know!"
