One in four of us suffer from ill mental health at some stage in our lives and SMART does amazing work helping people who need support through their difficult times. 

Antonia used to work there so the charity is close to all of our hearts and we continue to support and champion the awesome work they do. 

At the moment SMART desperately needs an irrigation system for the garden and they finally have to replace an ancient, massive fridge. They're both pretty water based and seeing as this is a waterbourne activity, it seems appropriate to raise money for them!

Any money you donate will not only directly help people with a range of mental health issues (e.g. depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorder) but it will also give us rowers a mental and emotional boost when we're struggling along the 21 miles from London Docklands to Ham in Surrey in September!

We've paid to enter the race (http://www.greatriverrace.co.uk) and covered all costs so all donations will go straight to SMART.  Thank you!
