We very sadly lost a dear friend and beloved member of our Christians in Sport (CIS) group, Matt Ward. Matt was undoubtedly kind, caring and had a great sense of humour, but also suffered from depression, which lead him to take his own life on the 17th October 2020. We all loved Matt very much  and were shocked and deeply saddened when we heard this news. We will miss him dearly.

We are joining the Ward family in supporting a fab charity, Samaritans. Samaritans aim to support those suffering, providing 24/7 service to those at the point of crisis and also take action to prevent the crisis. We are aiming to run/ walk/ cycle/ swim 367.8 miles = the distance between Bristol to Lincoln (Matt's home town - it's a lot further north than you'd think!) and back, starting on 12th Nov - 2nd December 2020.
