Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm part of a small Cisco UK&I team planning to trek the gruelling 96-mile West Highland Way in October 2022 (Oct 2nd-8th 2022), over 6 days, in order to raise funds for refugee charities.

Recognising the tragic Ukraine situation, and many other conflicts across the world which have driven many to leave their homes and become refugees, coupled to our company's commitment to "Giving Back", we, a small group of Cisco UK & Ireland employees, have committed to raise funds for UNHCR - the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees - or more commonly known as the UN Refugee Agency. The UNHCR does great work across the world and we hope our trek will play a small part in letting them continue and extend their work.

POSTSCRIPT: We finished! (Well, 2 of us did - one had to drop out because of the dog and horrendous weather). What an experience!
