11,000 over 60's in Edinburgh are lonely, and 2 in 5 of these have the TV as their main form of company.

Vintage Vibes want to help Edinburgh's lonely and isolated over 60's by providing companionship and support that is personalised to their needs and integrated with local communities. To bring about a long lasting change in attitudes towards the city's over-60's. To encourage friendships between all generations and ensure the over-60's are treated with care, dignity and respect.

Citi Edinburgh team aim to support local charities and this year a group of us are taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2019 to support the work complete by Vintage Vibes.

Training is under way and we are all looking forward to taking part in the upcoming event on Saturday the 25th May 2019.
