Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Mark Rushby & Robert Kamela from Citigroup Network Engineering Belfast will be running the whole 26 and a bit miles in the 2006 Belfast City Marathon , and good luck to them! 
Additonally, 5 of us from Voice & Network Engineering Belfast are competing in the Team Relay event.  The 5 man Relay Team is; Colin Shaw, Gary O'Brien, David Bartlett, David Henderson, & Matt Epps.
