During lockdown many of The Songbirds have taken up running. On 12th July this year we will be running 5K together to raise money for Women's Aid. We are an entirely female choir and wanted to do something for those women who need help. Unfortunately during lockdown there will be many more women in need of support from this charity that provides, often life-saving, relief to the victims of domestic abuse. We hope to be able to run together but if we can't then we will all run at the same time individually. For many of the choir this will be their first attempt at running this distance. Any donation is gratefully received.
