The ships company* will row the length of the Leeds Liverpool Canal on Sunday 30^th October 2022 as part of the Unit Open Day so you can even watch / support on the day. This means the ships company will row a combined 201.2km utilising rowing machines. Each person participating will row at least 2km each averaging 3 minutes per 500m to be able to complete the challenge.

How will the sponsorship money be spent?

£0 to £600 – A new printer, ink and other stationary items that are urgently required.

£601 to £900 – New Intermediate Seamanship Equipment to facilitate training.

£901 to £1,200 – Mountain Bike Helmets and
associated safety equipment.

£1,201 to £2,400 – MTP Daysacks / Outward
Bound Day Bags

£2,401 to £3,400 – SCC Branded Equipment

£3,401 to £5,000 – MTP Bergens / Outward
Bound Overnight Bags

£5,001 to £12,000 – Replace IT Equipment as
currently over 10 Years Old

£12,001< – Unit Minibus

The ships company* by donating on the Just Giving Link below / utilising the QR Code or you can support an individual by donating in cash and filling in their sponsorship form. Only cash will need to be collected and paid to the Unit Monday 31^st October 2022 at 21:00.
