We are supporting young people through the West Ham United Foundation and the Combined Cadet Force, two charities that help the next generation to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed as adults.

Story

Hello everyone! My name is Elena Clements and I am a Mental Health First Aider and Health and Wellbeing Ambassador at City of London Corporation. I will be sharing my mental health journey as part of this year's This Is Me campaign in Mental Health Awareness Week.

Mental Health Awareness week takes place from 18th-22nd May 2020 and this year's theme is all about kindness. We held a quiz this week and ran many other webinars and activities to promote the conversation of Mental Health in the work place. By sharing my story about my own struggles with anxiety through the 'This is Me' campaign I hope to help others to not feel alone in whatever they are going through.
