Assalaamu alaykum

We will be walking 8 miles across London to raise money for the charity organisation 'Discover Islam', who are committed to community cohesion and promoting a better understanding of Islam.

The charity relies heavily on donations and always needs help in raising money to support the cause of spreading the message of Islam across the UK. Discover Islam hold regular exhibitions in England, Scotland and Ireland in public halls and schools. They give out free literature and dawah gift bags to those interested in finding out about the faith. They also produce dvds and social media cartoons in order to promote the correct understanding of Islam to a wider audience.
