I am planning to run 51 miles during the month of March to raise money for the MND Extra Mile Challenge.  

My father in law has recently been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, so we have become increasingly aware that both treatments and cures are desperately needed.

Every day, an average of six people are diagnosed with MND. The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, funding research, and campaigning for those people living with, or affected by, MND.

With your help, we hope to save other families from the heartache of a motor neurone disease diagnosis in the future.
