Bob, George, Ted and I enjoyed Sunday's challenge - and with a few painkillers and a handful of Haribos for Bob, LOTS of cake and bananas for George and energy gels and stolen Haribos for me, we snaked our way, along with many thousands of others through the beautiful Kent and Sussex countryside, on what turned out to be a gorgeous day - and made Brighton mid afternoon wearing huge smiles and with a sense of satisfaction and achievement.  

We made freinds along the way (well, fleetingly!) and had a well earned pint after the event. 

With a huge thank you to Richard, our lovely driver, photographer, hugger and all round supporter on the day.

But, an even bigger thank you to mine and indeed all of our sponsors, for their very generous donations towards the invaluble work done by the British Heart Foundation.
