Hi Everyone, I’ve decided to kickstart the year by getting active everyday to help improve my own wellbeing. I’ve been feeling like a sack of spuds since bringing Theo into the world and I have been struggling to find time to be active which hasn’t been helping my state of mind. My goal will be 5Km run by the end of January (I hope that’s not too ambitious). I also hope to raise some money for a good cause and raise awareness of mental health on the way
