In 2017 I started fundraising for the BHF in memory of my oldest friend Julie who was sadly taken from me and her family after an  almost lifelong heart condition. 

On 2 June 2018 I hope to do a tandem skydive and become a Heart Flyer. I’m hoping that all my family and friends will help me achieve this by sponsoring me and getting me to the £400 target I need in order to make the jump. 

For those that know me well will know what a massive deal this is for me, but for those who don’t here’s why....

In 2015 during an internal flight from Cairo in Egypt me and my husband unfortunately had the unpleasant experience of an emergency crash landing while flying in a small twin propellored plane. (The plane I jump from will be very similar) it was the most horrific experience of my life and I genuinely thought I would never see my children again🙁 . I  have since been absolutely terrified of flying. 

This is probably the biggest challenge I can set for myself and I need help to make sure I actually go through with it! 😫
