I enjoy cycling and was offered an opportunity to ride 500 miles over 5 days for a great local cause.

So here I am with just under 150 days to go before my tower to tower cycle ride.

I am doing this for Blackpool Carers Centre who offer support and advice to carers old and very young and to families who encounter difficulties and challenges that seem overwhelming which was how I felt when I signed up to do the ride.
