Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I lost my sister Gayle after a long battle with cancer in November 2017.  I've lost both my parents and other family members to cancer and don't know many people who haven’t been touched by cancer in some way.  I want to raise awareness around Cyberknife and if by helping to raise funds Cyberknife becomes available in more hospitals across the UK and helps even just one cancer patient then that's good enough for me.

Please visit www.thestanbowleytrust.org for more information about Cyberknife.

To help raise funds I’m doing a Freedom Trail Trek across the Pyrenees following the WW2 escape route along which thousands of allied servicemen and Jewish refugees fled to safety from Nazi-occupied France into Spain. It’s a very arduous and challenging trek with steep ascents and remote trails over 5 days.

Thank you so much for your donation, it is greatly appreciated by me and The Stan Bowley Trust.
