Having seen the amazing work the hospital undertakes , helping members of my family and many others I thought it was time to say thanks. 

The best way is to raise money to enable them to continue the invaluable work 

I appreciate in times of austerity money is tight but as the saying goes 'every penny counts'  and it is helping a hospital provide care to possibly our relatives or friends. 

The 60 mile bike ride is a huge challenge for me , I only took delivery of my bike seven weeks ago after a twenty year sabaticle , I managed a 50 km cycle yesterday - not the quickest time in the world but hey I did it .
