Last month I was diagnosed with degeneration of the discs in my lower spine.  This has had an impact on my life and I experience pain most days.  However, I know this is nothing compared to the physical and mental suffering of those living with Cancer.  Those of you who know me well will know I have recently hiked Ben Nevis and the Welsh 3 Peaks.  I have never hiked in England and I am dedicating this adventure to my late Uncle Wilf, who loved to be out walking in the mountains.  Please help me raise much needed money so that Macmillan can continue to help those in need of support.
