Jack Kirrane was born in October 2006 with a rare condition called hydranencephaly. Jack passed away aged 23 months. In honour of his birthday this October, and to help support children with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions, Jack's Family & Friends are taking part in #UpTheHill for the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation in October 2021.

A donation of 18 euro will provide one hour of home nursing care for children with neurodevelopmental conditions. Please help us remember Jack and show your support for the 396 children across Ireland relying on Jack & Jills home nursing services.
