I love the Sussex countryside and urban green spaces, I want to get fit and feel better by walking, and I want to celebrate hedgerows - they are crucial to our landscapes.

I will walk 70 miles during the month of September, aiming to find hedgerow rich areas across the county and within urban areas. I will take photos of hedgerows and learn more about the importance of hedgerows to our landscape and wildlife.

CPRE Sussex is close to my heart, and being sponsored to take part in the Hedgerow Hike, I hope to raise a minimum of £250 for my 70 mile walking through September.
