We are a group of three District Nurses who work in Kirklees and a Biologist working for the NHS. 

We wanted to do something together as colleagues to challenge ourselves and boost our health and wellbeing during the pandemic, but also contributing to that of the women and children that this charity support. The past 18 months has been a challenge for everyone, but especially individuals living under the threat of domestic violence and abuse who have little or no respite from their abusers due to COVID restrictions. 

PDAP is key provider of domestic abuse support services in Kirklees. They believe that everyone has the right to live free from all forms of abuse and have the right to be free from potential or actual harm.
