Midnight Memories Walk 2013 · 15 June 2013 ·
In October last year, my friend, Angela, lost her battle against breast cancer at the age of 40. During her illness, Angela was admitted on a few occasions to Bolton Hospice where she received pain relief and tender, loving care from the wonderful people who work there. She was staying at the hospice when she passed away.
Cancer is a terrible disease that has taken Angela away from her 3 young children, her husband, her dad, brothers and many friends.
Bolton Hospice is a charitable organisation which offers free, specialist palliative and end of life care and supports patients and their families through the course of their illness.
I'm taking part in the 'Midnight Memories Walk 2013' on 15th June in support of the fantastic work done by Bolton Hospice so please support me here and donate as much as you can.
(I'm also taking part in the Cancer Research - Race for Life in Bolton on 7th July so please sponsor me on this page or the Race for Life page ... Or both if you are feeling super generous!)
