I will be taking part in the Cardiff Memory Walk along with my two daughters; Laura & Megan. We will be walking in memory of my Nan who passed away in 2008 after being a victim of Alzheimers disease for over 8 years.

There is currently no cure for Alzheimer's disease but just £50 can make a huge difference to the lives of people with dementia. Fundraising will help provide support to families and carers  and will help towards research which is being carried out to find a cure for dementia.
