I’m participating in a number of races, and organised events (RED January) to keep me running throughout the year, with an overall target of 365 miles by the end of 2018. I’ve already entered:
March- Derby Great Northern 10k
April- Derby 10k
May - Miles for Mind 25 Miles pledged
July- Derby Sunrise 5K, Miles for Mind 30 Miles pledged
Running has really helped my mental health over the past few years and I’m far more committed to running regularly when I know I’m raising money for a great cause.
