Story
CTC team will be participating in a team challenge counting the miles for Mind across land and over sea. At a time when we can merely dream of travel further afield our CTC teams will take part in a challenge to see how much distance they can cover between them on an exercise bike and rowing machine.
Each team member will go head-to head with a colleague from the opposing team to see who can clock up the most miles, the challenge will take place over 2 weeks each person from their team of 5 taking a turn to cycle for a day one week and row for a day the following week.
As the challenge will take place during the working day our colleagues will all need to support each other with their workloads to ensure business as usual is maintained at CTC!
We at CTC feel extremely lucky we have been able to continue working during the pandemic. We have benefitted from the great support and camaraderie of our colleagues during these difficult times. Unlike so many other people at the moment we are grateful to be able to carry on day to day doing what we love doing best . Being able to continue working together, with our European partners and valued customers is a privilege we do not take for granted.
Losing loved ones, being isolated and apart from our families & friends, financial hardship so many of us are facing and the stress of not being able to go about our normal lives due to the extreme restrictions, is very difficult to cope with. It is so important that people suffering mentally and emotionally have somewhere to turn to for support, Mind charity provides that.
With your support we would like to raise as much money as we can for this vitally important charity. You can simply donate or donate and specify your favorite team to win! You can then follow our progress on social media each day. Any encouragement will be gratefully received!
