I will be taking part in the Blesma Nuclear Rush event on Saturday 13th May 2017 in support of Blesma, a charity that helps serving and ex-serving military personnel to rebuild their lives after the loss of a limb, their sight or a life-changing injury.

The Blesma Nuclear Rush event is a 7km obstacle course - the first I've ever done, and possibly the last! It'll no doubt be muddy, challenging and lots of fun.
