I am participating in the British 10K London Run 2008 to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).

Please dig deep and sponsor me online to help save lives at sea. VOLUNTEER crews provide a 24 hour rescue service that saves on average a huge 21 lives a day! They saved many from the rough seas off the coast of Blackpool only recently.
