My mam is currently living with Alzheimer’s & Vascular Dementia (mixed dementia).  I am taking this challenge to try & raise some money towards research into finding a cure for this awful disease so other families don’t have to go through what we are going through and to help support the work the Alzheimer’s Society are currently doing.  It is absolutely heartbreaking to watch a little piece of someone you love slip away every day to where they no longer recognise you or their surroundings. 

The past few months have been tough for everyone but coronavirus has hit people affected by dementia the hardest and continues to disrupt lives.So that's why I'm taking on Step Up for Dementia. Please donate to support me and ensure Alzheimer's Society can be there for the people who need them most.
