Welcome to a page that I have designed to promote my 350 kilometer killer Cycle ride from Sancti Spíritus, one of Cuba's 7 original Spanish towns, to Remedios, on the picturesque rugged Atlantic coast of one of Cubas finest tourist resorts.

I will be completing the ride for the provision of musical equipment to under-privileged children at National Music schools in Cuba. I am taking part in this charity event with My father (he's double my age but still has 'competitive dad' syndrome! so he will be motivating/pestering me throughout the whole journey), and colleagues from Thompsons Solicitors. Please be mindful that Fluorescent Lycra and an 80's style of cycling helmet (tuff-top's for those of you not in the know!) will not be worn at this event. Sorry to disappoint!
