We all know someone who has or is currently struggling with Cancer. I am taking part in a half marathon, 13.1 miles, and raising money whilst doing so to support the research that this charity does to hopefully one day be able to find a cure. Research is not cheap and depends on people raising money through sponsorship for causes that they believe in - Cancer Research is one I believe in. I will be running this year for a family member who has battled cancer for many many years and after being in remission it has sadly returned yet again, why it just can't go and stay gone I don't know.
