I will be doing a FEW Big social challenges (you remember the ALS Ice bucket challenge? Similar to that). Keep your eyes peeled. We have also been inundated with challenge requests/ideas do we have decided to do a number of the challenges YOU guys suggested, over the next 6 months. 

This will be for The MND Association who help fund research to find a cure for this horrific disease, and prolong and support the lives of those who have it. As many of you know, my lifelong friend Coxy (Mark Cox) has rexently passed away with MND and I am determined to do all I can to support this charity to keep doing what they're doing and ultimately find a cure. All in his legacy.
