Mental health is incredibly important to the both of us and Mind are doing amazing work to provide support to those who need it and campaign for better mental health services!

We'll be cycling from London, where we are from, to Homerton College and Girton College in Cambridge, which is where Frank and Clara studied respectively to highlight student mental health. 1 in 5 students has a mental health problem, with the most common ones being depression and anxiety, which both of us have struggled with.
