Since birth I have been a member of the Foresters Friendly Society, which my mum is a member of as well. A charity is chosen each year by the society, and this year it is the Association of Air Ambulances (AAA), which is an important cause to support since people working in air ambulances help to save lives.

My mum is walking 10,000 steps a day for the whole of October and I will be running a half marathon on the 15th October, in aid of AAA.

We would be ever so grateful for any sponsorships, and the AAA will of course greatly appreciate donations. We are both proud to support the Foresters Friendly Society's chosen charity of the year.
