Impetus-PEF Private Equity Triathlon · 6 July 2019 ·
As the summer approaches, 3 intrepid members of the 3i Legal team decided it was time to take up triathlon and hone our 'bikini/speedo/Victorian bathing outfit' bodies. We even get to wear an extremely attractive 3i tri-suit, which sadly only flatters the most gym honed bodies. And what could be better than taking part in the Impetus - PEF Private Equity Triathlon on 6 July. Given our combined age is over 150, we are just planning to get round the course (although given that combined age, we must surely be in the running for a modest finish in the oldest vet category!).
And we would love for you to sponsor us. The event raises money for the Private Equity Foundation which is focussed on transforming the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by ensuring they get the support they need to succeed in education, in work and in life. In Britain today over 2 million young people live in poverty and as a result do less well at school, are less likely to make it to university and struggle to find and keep jobs. The Foundation supports a range of charities that transform the lives of these young people. They provide them with core funding, the expertise of a dedicated investment team and access to a world class pro bono network. With your support we can truly help to change the lives of these young people. www.impetus.org.uk/backing/charities
