In January 3 members of the UWFRA team are taking on the Spine MRT Winter Challenge - a non-stop 108 mile race between Edale and Hawes with a time limit of 60 hours. 

We have chosen to split our fundraising between UWFRA and MIND. MIND is an invaluable service offering information and advice to people with mental health problems. 

They also provide an excellent support system for the emergency services, including Mountain Rescue. 

This is a bigger challenge than any of us have taken on before so we hope you will follow us on our training in the build up to this event in January.
