A group of us are running Cancer Research's muddy 5K. We met at an antenatal group in 2014 which didn't really prepare us for our babies but did result in some good friends. After giving birth to her gorgeous girl, our friend Alice, learned she had cancer. She is now going through treatment for the second time. Cancer isn't fair.

We are privileged and honoured that the lovely Alice is letting us support Cancer Research in her name. 5K may not be much but it will definitely make my body ache, exercise has not been on the agenda since having the twins.
