This December, Liam and I will be hitch hiking as far from UWE as we can get in one weekend for charity. Our aim is to get to Norway, travelling through France, Holland, Germany and Denmark.

The money will go toward the Young Minds Trust - the UK's leading charity committed to impriving the emotional well being and mental health of children and young people.
