Ruth and I will be digging out the cossies and googles to plunge into the pool to swim 22 miles (the equivalent of the English Channel) for Diabetes UK.

We will be at Dewsbury Sports Centre in the early hours (before we start our working day) for the next three months and we sure will be battling through the water to get the pennies in! 

We want to raise awareness and funds for the condition for everyone in the Kirklees area who has, or knows someone with the condition.
