My name is Clare Durose and I am a wife and mum to two beautiful boys.

On the 10th October I will be running in the Manchester Marathon and I wanted to raise money for a local Doncaster Charity that is close to my heart - St John's Hospice

Cancer will touch everyone at some point in their lives.  Some will win the fight and sadly some will need the care provided by St John's Hospice. Sadly 6 years ago my father-in-law, Colin Durose, lost his battle with the disease after a short illness.  During his illness he spent time at the hospice, St John's is a fantastic place and we are forever grateful to all the Nurses and Staff.

In running Manchester 2021 I hope to raise some money to give something back, all money raised will enhance the patient experience and patient environment.
