My birthday is actually in May. But, it's now clear I am unlikely to get there and I want to celebrate the things in life that have been important to me and finish with a final flourish of campaigning... Thank you for visiting this site and showing some interest in my passion for this. I have worked with many trafficked young people during my career supporting homeless people and was always deeply touched by the trauma and heartache they faced - there is simply nothing good about being made to do unspeakable things. Now I'm facing my own heartache with 'the' cancer, I want to continue to remember that there are many others who still need the compassion, trust and love of charities such as this. I'm glad I've been able to be a small part in making a difference; I am proud my children will know it's part of my legacy.
