Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I did the London Marathon with my friend, Rachel, in memory of her first son, Sam, who died from meningococcal septicaemia when he was just 4 years old. I think that sentance speaks for itself - what else is there to say? We both pledged to raise £5000 for the Meningitis Research Foundation.

Dave has not escaped the pain as he ran a half marathon with me as part of my preparations for London. We ran it in the United Arab Emirates on Friday 17th February. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
