I am going to be raising money for Alzheimer’s. My lovely mum was diagnosed two years ago and this wonderful charity does so much to raise awareness, fund research and help individuals. I have to plank everyday of November. I will build up to a 6 minute plank on the 30th November. At the moment, one minute is a struggle 😂.
