Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Perhaps foolishly on the 26th of July I am going to jump into a cold lake and start my first attempt at a triathlon. I will hopefully swim 400m, cycle 23km, run 4km then collapse in a happy heap!  I hope to raise some money for pancreatic cancer research as I go and it would be great if you could donate a little towards this worthwhile cause, every little helps. Now I'd better get my trainers on and do some more training, thank you in advance for your support.
