The Lily 21 Challenge is the ideal way to kickstart 2021while helping people affected by mitochondrial diseases. Set yourself a personal fundraising challenge based on the number 21. Could be a 21km walk, run 21 miles in a week, 2.1 min plank etc.

Story

Hi, my name is Sophia and I am wanting to raise money for the Lily foundation because this charity means a lot to me. My cousin ‘Caitlin’ was diagnosed with Mitochondrial Disease complex 1 in 2017. I am going to run a total of 21 miles in 7 days, 21 miles to symbolise the new year ‘2021’.I will be grateful for any money donated to this special charity. #caitlin our mito warrior.

Thanks for visiting my page.Mitochondrial Disease is a genetic condition with limited treatments and no cure. Its effects are life changing and too many lives have been taken too soon.I am joining this challenge and supporting The Lily Foundation so we can change this. All I need is for you to donate a few pounds to help us. The Lily Foundation funds research into Mitochondrial Disease and other metabolic disorders. It also raises important awareness and supports those families who are affected with metabolic disorders.Together we can beat Mito - Thank you
