I am going to get up at the crack of dawn on a Saturday, swim 750m in a chilly lake, cycle 19km and then go for a 5k run because I want to raise funds for an improved EYFS outside area.

This is not going to be an easy challenge for me and I would really appreciate any motivation and support.
