This year I will once again be taking part in the Rowan's Moonlit Memories walk in memory of my Dad who sadly passed away on 1st June 2013 from Bowel Cancer.  The Rowan's looked after him and us so well in the last few weeks of his life and this is my little something I can do back for them and for my Dad.

Please help me to raise as much money as possible for this remarkable charity who do so much to make the last few moments of a person's life as peaceful and as pain-free and as dignified as can possibly be - thank you xxx
