I'm running Northampton Half Marathon (13.2 miles / 21.1k) in support of Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

As a charity, they need to raise £3 every minute to continue to provide specialist palliative care to their patients and families in our local community. Please help by sponsoring my miles as I strive to make each one count whilst their care team continue to work to help others in need.

I started the Couch to 5k app last summer during lockdown and have been trying to keep running semi-regularly. Although I'm still not much of a runner, I'm hoping to cross the finish line and raise some money for a great charity while I'm at it.
