Thank you for vising the Clarkslegal just giving page.

Clarkslegal is proud to support Contact the Elderly as one of our nominated charities throughout 2013, our centenary year.

To raise money for Contact the Elderly, our Reading office successfully took part in the Mizuno Reading half marathon on Sunday 17 March 2013.

Our runners were: Helen Beech, Rachael Seager, Kerry Armstrong, Nyasha Gardner, Emma Griffiths, Stephen James, Adam Knee, Chris Tayton, Hannah Tankard, Jonathan Stevens and John Warchus. Please see below our team photo and a few other photo's from the event.

At our London office Amy Bond ran the London British 10k on Sunday 14 July and Jennifer Russell ran the Run to the Beat half marathon on Sunday 8 September.  Up next is Rachel Wyatt who will be running the Royal Parks half marathon on Sunday 6 October.

Finally our Cardiff office are taking part in the Cardiff half marathon on Sunday 6 October.  Our runners are: Rachel Lewis, Suzie Chetri, Nick Huffer, Victoria Hall and Matthew Evans.

Re-engage is dedicated to fighting loneliness in old age. We help people over 75 who are facing loneliness and social isolation to re-engage with their communities through regular social contact, giving them a lifeline of friendship and something to look forward to. We have also recently launched call companions; our telephone befriending service for thousands of vulnerable older people in the UK.
