Rob O'Harrow is my wife's Uncle and a precious man at that.  He lost his battle in January of this year, surrounded by family that loved him. The Rowans Hospice worked closely with Rob and his wife and supported them both in many ways. Rob's passing is a great loss to many people, by supporting the Rowans Hospice we will be ensuring that Uncle Rob's memory continues in some small way by helping raise money for such a worthwhile cause. Any donations will be gratefully recieved, not only by the Rowans but also Rob's family. He was a giant man with a giant heart.....

On the 20th of July I plan to swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles and finish with a run of 26.2 miles, all with individual cut-off times for each sport, and with an overall cut off time of 17 hours.
